Each human resources team prepares an Employee Handbook that outlines the policies for a new employee joining the VE company. The handbook should outline the expectations for employees and management and explain how the policies and practices promote a positive, productive, and successful firm. Handbooks can include policies on conflict resolution, DEI and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility). Handbooks will take into consideration local and national labor laws from their region.

In this competition, judges will watch the presentations live on zoom, and provide their scores based on the given rubric on the VE online competitions manager.
