Sean Baptiste
Chief Human Resources Officer
RWJBarnabas Health – Rutgers Medical Group

Sean Baptiste is continually motivated by his passion to help others reach their full potential
while staying true to their authentic selves. He is fueled by the opportunity to create sustainable
change for the communities in which he and his family live. Sean is a proven Healthcare
Executive who specializes in Human Resources and People Operations. He currently serves as
the Chief Human Resources Officer of RWJBarnabas Health – Rutgers Medical Group in which he
is responsible for developing and executing people operational strategies including but not
limited to culture, talent innovation, employee and community development, retention, and
change management.

RWJBarnabas Health (RWJBH) is the largest integrated academic health care system in New
Jersey. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairleigh
Dickenson University, The Silberman College of Business, as well as a Master of Healthcare
Administration degree from The George Washington University, The Milken Institute of Public
Health.

Baptiste is Lean 6 Sigma Yellow Belt certified. and has a certificate in Transformative Leadership
in Disruptive Times from Seton Hall University.

Yael Gamm
Circuit Court Judge
Broward County Circuit Court Bench

The Honorable Yael Gamm serves as a Circuit Court Judge here in Broward County in the Juvenile Dependency Division, which handles cases involving allegations of the abuse, abandonment, or neglect of children. She was born in Israel, as the granddaughter of holocaust survivors, and is the first Israeli-born Jurist to serve in the United States. She graduated high school in Broward County, and then went on to receive her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida State University, before returning to South Florida to earn her Juris Doctorate From Nova Southeastern University in 2001. Judge Gamm spent the majority of her career as a Broward County prosecutor, handling major crimes assigned to the career criminal unit, the sexual battery unit, and the homicide unit. During her time as a trial lawyer, she tried over 100 criminal cases to verdict. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Shepherd of the 3rd District Court of Appeals, and ran her own law practice, handling both civil and criminal cases. She was appointed to the Broward County Circuit Court Bench in 2001, and has been proudly serving in that capacity since that time.

Dylan W. Huang
Senior Vice President
Head of Retirement & Wealth Management Solutions at New York Life

Dylan Huang is Senior Vice President, Head of Retirement and Wealth Management Solutions at New York Life. In this role, Dylan oversees a portfolio of businesses comprised of Retail Annuities, Long-Term Care Solutions, NYLIFE Securities LLC (broker-dealer), and Eagle Strategies LLC (Registered Investment Adviser). In addition, Dylan is responsible for the company’s digital capabilities, including strategy and tools designed to enhance the digital experience for consumers and financial professionals.

Dylan began his career at New York Life in 2001 and advanced to leadership roles of increasing scope in the company’s Life Insurance, Annuities, Agency, and Corporate Finance divisions. He is a recognized thought leader in the retirement industry for his product development, patents, and award-winning retirement research and is frequently sought by members of the media for his insights on retirement topics. In 2021, Dylan received the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business Award from the Asian American Business Development Center.

Dylan is a member of The American College’s advisory boards for its Center for Retirement Income, which elevates retirement income planning knowledge of financial service professionals in order to improve retirement security for Americans, and its Granum Center for Financial Security, which strengthens the financial services industry through knowledge and insight that professionals can use to help their clients achieve financial security. He also sits on the board of Virtual Enterprises International, an organization dedicated to providing middle and high school students with immersive business and entrepreneurial experiences. Dylan is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He holds a Master’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of British Columbia.

Heather Nesle
President of New York Life Foundation/ SVP of Corporate Responsibility
New York Life

Heather Nesle is president of the New York Life Foundation, the charitable foundation created by New York Life Insurance Company. In addition to her Foundation duties, she is vice president of New York Life’s Corporate Responsibility Department. The New York Life Foundation devotes the majority of its funding each year to programs that help children in the areas of educational enhancement, childhood bereavement and social justice. Ms. Nesle was the recipient of the 2018 “Charlie Award” from the Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy (CECP), which is given to a corporate affairs professional who demonstrates perseverance in the pursuit of societal advancement. Ms. Nesle serves on the Board of Directors of Monumental Women, Afterschool Alliance and Philanthropy New York. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Western New York Public Broadcasting Association. Ms. Nesle was a David Rockefeller Fellow through the Partnership for New York City. She earned a Masters of Arts degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and human services from George Washington University. Ms. Nesle currently resides in New York, NY with her husband, Steve, son, Benjamin, and daughter, Paige.

Donna R. Newman, Esq has 30 years of experience as a criminal defense attorney. She specializes in representing criminal defendants in federal district court and the federal courts of appeals. She has represented hundreds of clients in matters ranging from simple frauds to complex security fraud, money laundering, misappropriation of government funds, narcotics distribution, terrorism, computer fraud, identity fraud, and racketeering cases. Her extensive appellate practice involves direct appeals, as well as, petitions for habeas corpus relief. 

Ms. Newman is widely respected by federal judges and prosecutors. She has an AV Martindale Hubbell Peer Review Rating.  Ms. Newman has received national attention as a result of her representation of several infamous clients, including Jose Padilla, the accused “dirty bomber” held in U.S. military custody as an “enemy combatant.”
