On April 17, 2016, the inaugural National Human Resources Competition (NHRC) provided an opportunity for teams of 1-2 HR employees from VE companies to deliver oral presentations to inform judges of their HR policies and practices as they relate to the employee handbook, company communications, employee evaluations, and employee recognition.
