VE Students Celebrate Their Teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week 2019

From May 6 to May 10, people around the United States participated in Teacher Appreciation Week 2019 to celebrate the educators who impact and have impacted their lives inside and outside the classroom. VE students celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week in a variety of ways including making a yearbook, recognizing their VE facilitators on social media, and presenting class pictures for their teachers to keep.

Throughout this whole year, my time in VE was and forever will be unforgettable. VE was like a roller coaster ride. One moment the class is having fun and partying. The next we were all swamped with work, preparing for competitions and trade shows. Despite our ups and downs in the classroom, our gratitude for Mr. Thomas O’Neill will never surpass his dedication towards us. Allowing each and every single one of to meet with professional business people like Gina Pol, Paul Presti, Joseph Delaney, Publicis Groupe, Delottie, etc. Thanks to him my fellow classmates and I were able to enjoy the VE class. Along with allowing my friends and I to spend our 6th-period lunch in the class and after school, letting loose, and having fun. Thank you for all the people we’ve met along the way. Thank you Fort Hamilton High School for having this program and thank you Virtual Enterprise International for allowing our school to have this VE program. Without this program, none of us would meet Mr. O'Neill and would never meet all the people we worked with along the way. Thank you, Mr. O'Neill, for a great year and what you have given all of us.
