Each human resources team prepares an Employee Handbook that overview the policies for a new employee to the VE company, outlining the expectations for employees and management and explaining how the policies and practices are the best for promoting a positive, productive and successful firm. Handbooks can take into consideration conflict resolution policies, DEI policies and CSR policies. Handbooks will take into consideration local and national labor laws from their region.

In this competition, judges will watch the presentations live on zoom, and provide scores based on the given rubric on the VE online competitions manager.
