Midwest Department Competitions Finals – Online Presentations
February 12, 2026 @ 9:30 am - 12:00 pm
Join us as a judge for an exciting day of student competitions where firms showcase their skills in marketing, finance, and human resources. Judges will provide feedback and score presentations that challenge students to apply real-world business practices.

Judging Options:
Marketing Plan Presentation
Students will present their marketing analysis and strategies, explaining how they promote their business. Presentations are 10 minutes total (5 minutes to present, 5 minutes for Q&A).
Financial Highlights Presentation
Students will walk through their company’s financial projections and results, demonstrating how financial decisions impact overall business performance. Presentations are 10 minutes total (5 minutes to present, 5 minutes for Q&A).
Human Resources Presentation
Students will share their HR policies and practices, including employee handbooks, communication strategies, evaluations, and recognition programs. Presentations are 10 minutes total (5 minutes to present, 5 minutes for Q&A).
