Key Stats

• 3,000 total attendees – the most attended event in California this year!
• 2,500 participating students attended the event to hone their business skills and critical thinking
• 90 judges
• 76 high school and middle school firms, 74 from CA and 2 from NY
• 60 industry professionals judged events at the Pasadena Convention Center, and an additional 30 judges scored online submissions
• 16 business categories of competitions were pre-judged or scored during the event and 204 various levels of awards given for honorable work
• 10 workshops, coffee talks and key-notes from industry professionals

Competition Results

This year was the inauguration of the Intuit QuickBooks Challenge with 9 VE firms competing. Congratulations to the winners Eturnyl, Evolve and Serenity for placing in the top 3!
